Ground floor is planned to contain 4 retail units (8,000 sq.ft.; Victoria & Bramm fronting); the second floor is planned office space (4,500 sq.ft.); and 2 levels underground parking, including 60 bike spots. The podium will be a total of 6 floors and contain amenity space for building residents with an 18 floor tower.
